We all scream for easy homemade organic ice cream!

Happy Wednesday! It has been hot and humid the last couple of weeks in southern California. So to stay cool, I’ve been making meals that require little to no heat and we’ve been using our Frogg Toggs chilly pads towels.

We have a fancy ice cream maker so Little Pumpkin Doodle thought it was strange when I told her that we were making ice cream in a blender.  I made some changes to the recipe, but it’s essentially the same and tastes more like soft serve ice cream.

Don’t forget to stay tuned for Mommy’s Organics 2.0. We’re revamping the site and you’ll soon have a chance to win some great giveaways!
